i am anxiety fighter . yes always ask for help and express your feelings. dont keep it yourself. I know kinda hard people to understand anxiety compared to depression . Hi caprice just want to say something here . Guys please be positive , find someone to talk with ( I can be ur listener ) always be happy . Just ignore whateva people say about u . Before think about suicide please think about people who loves us and Always remember God . I said this because I am cancer patient stage 4 bone Mets and kidney stage 3 . Even I am sick I never show to people that I am sick and people even don’t know that I’m sick from my appearance coz I love be happy go lucky person. Peace guys

Sometimes our words can hurt others, macam cyber bully and makcik bawang out there. Mereka tak sedar yang diorang laa one of the reason why org lain depress. Kalau ada kwn depress please dont leave them and try to help. The world is getting scarier with people like cyber bullies
Indeed.
But this issue is kept low..so the cyberbullies have no guilt especially when they're using a certain "cable" for their own protection.
That's why we need to make "cyberbully" as an open discussion so the next time when there's a person doing it, we already know the appropriate actions to be taken against that criminal.
